After reading "I Heard You Paint Houses" you will be 100% convinced Sheeran did the Hoffa hit. I know that it is up in the air but he has the most sound evidence surrounding him. And recent evidence has prevailed vehemently supporting he did the Crazy Joe hit too.

They had 2 characters that were in The Boardwalk Empire. Damn this film is beautifully done.

I thought it was a good film but not on the level of a goodfellas or casino. The biggest error was not using young actors to play the main characters in their youth.

  4. just watched it last night, amazing performances by all the actors. definitely one of my favourite movies.

So technically the movie was factually correct cuz it was told thru Frank’s perspective which could have been wrong, right?

  6. Feels like Mojo is going to do a actors comparison on Hoffa: Nicholson or Pacino…hmmmm

  7. The CGI was worse than any Marvel film. And Netflix isn't cinema!

  8. True to form Anna Paquin didn't speak much if at all.. in the movie

My aunt believes Hoffa was buried in the cement under 696 because they were building that highway in detroit at the time.

Watched this masterpiece a few days ago.
Its a return to the golden days of gangsterclassics like: Goodfellas, Casino and the Godfather.
If you liked these movies even a little The Irishman is an absolute must watch.
It shows exactly why Martin Scorsese is one of the best directors of all time.
Easily one of the best movies in a very long time.

  11. I don't know why they got Anna Paquin but gave her no material to work with. It is just distracting and a waste.

Everyone talking about Joe Pesci but nobody mentions Al Pacino? His performance was perfect, maybe the best of the year. Joker fans don’t have to be triggered right now, i just didn’t liked it. In this movie Al Pacino stole it for sure, for me he deserves an Oscar.

  13. I had to do a to be continued on this movie🤣 very long but it's real good

  14. Everyone was amazing in this film. My favorite would have to br al pacino mannn he killed it

  15. Sheeran lied about killing Gallo, No one punk was gonna whack Crazy Joe Gallo if he had he'd have disappeared from the Earth the next day !

At least 20 actors all miscast. Movies 2 hrs too long. Not a great movie.

  20. It was overly long and poorly paced. They should have cut the movie down to 2 hours.

  21. This movie is over 3 hours long. And I never got bored once. Great movie. If you havent seen it you're missing out. Badly.
