  7. The Piasa bird apparently was gigantic. It’s pronounced Pie-a-saw. The painting on the rock was originally made by the local Native Americans and then after they had been eliminated from the area, the people who lived in the area of now Alton, Il, where I grew up, they would repaint the image every few years. Now, there is a flat image made of either wood or metal with the picture painted on it. I liked the rock painting better but whatcha going to do?

  9. Love MA and kudos to you for getting up there n trying but horrible, choppy cue card reading (maybe read through them 1st so it doesn't sound like you're tripping over words) and, while I can see the cringey attempt, trying to be considered entertaining/funny/relatable/etc…makes your videos hard to watch, they hurt. Sadly it comes across (to me) as a failed attempt at trying to hard and that mixed with the choppy reading….killing it… not in a good way. If you pre-read your episode and came across as yourself I feel your videos would be way more likeable. As it is, unless the videos is on a topic I'm genuinely interested in hearing about, if I see it's this presenter I just refuse to watch. I feel though, over time she'll get comfortable in front of the camera and find her groove. Hope it's soon, cuz for now, I just can't. Sorry, no offense. Like I said, kudos for going for it, just not for me. For those who say: 'don't watch, then', obviously unless I am super interested in the topic I don't… Why torture myself? Stupid…

There was this urban legend that where I live they says that when you hear dogs barking and howing at night that means the devil is coming. So I'm not sure if its true though

  11. Not a Robot Reply

Oddly enough, when I was younger I would have nightmares of just…hands. Just floating around and grabbing me and yanking me down. Thing is, we had a lone mailbox just down the road that belonged to a house that'd burned down some years back.

    Eugh. Still revolts me.

Holy crap! I live in South Bend and have never heard that story of the boy. I literally did a double take when I heard you say it.

  16. It's always a good video when David Bowie's involved, even for just a few seconds.

  17. Willa Wolfe Reply

Why do you call Pele Pela? I even double checked, its Pay-lay.

    Other than that, good video.

Hmm, Bone Goblins…This may actually make for an interesting horror film, if done right.

There's a woman in our family that could stop blood. She would have to teach it to a male of the next generation that wasn't one of her sons to keep it going, but unfortunately she passed away a few years ago before she could find someone. It ended with her. I cannot attest to believing in it myself, but everyone else seems to.

#1- yep, totally real. Send a piece of a body to a state. No name or address or anything. That's certainly realistic.

  22. Omg that dog thing me and my friend were walking together on a dirt road to my house and we had a speaker playing music and we heard a weird sound and turned around and seen a pair of red eyes and it turned into a werewolf like a huge werewolf and me and her darted to my house without looking back it was hella scary

  23. Lots of urban legends in my country, although it is so small you can hardly see it on the world map.
